Refund policy

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Untold Philosophy does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind. Many physical items are made to order. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to defective goods, non-delivery or a legal right of withdrawal.

Cancelling a physical-product order

To request a cancellation, email untoldphilosophy1@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If we can stop the order before it is dispatched, we will confirm the cancellation and charge a cancellation fee of 15% of the price of the physical items cancelled, excluding shipping and taxes, where permitted by law. We will refund the remaining amount paid for the cancelled items, plus any shipping charge that is refundable under applicable law, to the original payment method. If an order has already been dispatched or cannot be stopped, contact us and we will explain the options available under applicable law. We will not charge a cancellation fee where the law gives you a fee-free right to cancel or withdraw.

Ebooks and other digital products

Digital products are delivered after purchase. There is no cancellation fee for ebooks or other digital products. If you request cancellation before digital content has been delivered or accessed, contact us promptly and we will confirm whether the order can be cancelled. After delivery, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind cancellations or refunds for digital content, subject to any rights you have under applicable law. Any legal requirements for consent to immediate delivery or loss of a withdrawal right still apply.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or your order is lost in transit, email untoldphilosophy1@gmail.com promptly with your order number and, where relevant, clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and provide a remedy such as repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.

Approved returns

Do not send an item back before contacting us. If a return is needed, we will give you the correct return destination and shipping instructions for your order, including whether we provide a prepaid label or who is responsible for return shipping. Do not send items to our business contact address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. We will not require you to pay return costs where applicable law requires us to cover them.

Legal withdrawal rights

Customers may have mandatory rights to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, including rights that can apply to eligible purchases by European Union consumers. We will honor those rights and any legally applicable exceptions for personalized goods or digital content. A voluntary cancellation fee does not override a statutory right. Refunds
